Sitamarhi: A standard IX student Nibha Kumari, 16, a resident of village Khairwa under Sitamarhi town police station was crushed to death by a speeding truck on October 11, 2017. She was going to a private coaching institute on bicycle when the truck crushed her near Sitamarhi town ward 1. She was rushed to Sadar hospital, Sitamarhi, where the doctors pronounced her brought dead. Police seized the truck but its driver escaped
