Sitamarhi: A Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB) patrolling team under the leadership of Lalit Mohan Doval arrested a smuggler along with cosmetics on Indo-Nepal border pillar number 343/4 at Bairgania in
Sitamarhi district on September 10, 2017. The smuggler Ashok Kumar, a native of village Pachtaki-Yadu, was arrested by the SSB team when he was entering Indian side along with cosmetic items worth around Rs one Lakh. During interrogation, Ashok revealed that he used to visit Nepal regularly, said SSB sources.
