Sitamarhi: Two persons drowned to death in Sitamarhi district on September 7, 2017. Ranvir Kumar, 20, a resident of village Sangram-Phandah under Riga block drowned to death in river Bagmati while Manoranjan Kumar, 15, and a native of village Mehsautha under Bokhara block lost drowned to death while bath in a rivulet. Social workers attributed the two death to the recent flood which had devastated the district.
