Bokaro ( Jharkhand) : Thirtyfive students of DPS Bokaro have brought laurels to their school by winning several medals including gold besides bagging more than Rs 93,500 cash prizes in various categories of several Olympiads which include National Cyber Olympiad (NCO), National Science Olympiad (NSO), National Mathematics Olympiad (NMO), International Cyber Olympiad (ICO), and International English Olympiad (IEO).
The zonal level gold medalist in NCO were: Akshar Prasad, Ritul Kumar Singh, and Rishi Divya Kirti. Shirsh Kreja, Aditya Mishra, Abhishek Roy, Abhijeet and Priyanshu Ranjan got Gold Medal in NSO. In NMO, Kunal Anand, Abhineet Sharan, Krrish Chanchal and Aryan bagged the Gold Medal while in IEO Nayan Kumar and Yasharth Gautam clinched the gold.
Kumar Anmol of Class IV and Shreyas Raj of Class IX bagged the Academic Excellence Award for their remarkable performance in various Olympiad. They received a cheque of Rs 5,000 each, Trophy and a certificate.
Dr Hemlata S. Mohan, Director and Principal of DPS Bokaro, congratulated the students for their achievement and wished them the best for their future. She said, “This is the result of the efforts put in by both the students and the teachers.”
All the successful students were felicitated at a special assembly at the school for their remarkable performance.
