Woman arrested in scribe attack case in Nawada

Nawada : Police on December 10, 2017, arrested a woman Meena in connection with attack on reporter of a Hindi Daily Vikas Kumar alias Sonu by unidentified persons at village Rajauli Dih in Nawada district on December 8, 2017, evening, when he was returning after covering raid on illegal distilleries.

Police arrested Meena on the basis of statement of Vikas Kumar’s brother Prakash, according sources at Rajauli police station. Meens’s husband Lutera Chaudhary was arrested on December 8 night itself. Vikas is undergoing treatment at Ranchi.
