Ara: Bhojpur police, on a tip off, conducted raid in an near Bahoranpur embankment on Sunday and seized four quintal of Mahua. Police also arrested two liquor sellers Binod Ram of Ratichhapra in Balia, UP, and Vyas Ram of Majhaa, UP. SHO Bahoranpur police outpost Anil Kumar said that both the liquor sellers were taking mahua from Bhojpur to Balia in Utter Pradesh. Police got information that both are coming with the consignment on bicycle and then they would have been ferried across river Ganga. But, police intercepted and arrested them on way.
