Two killed in separate accident in Bhojpur

Ara : Puja Devi, wife of Sonu Kumar of village Godiyari under Parasi police station in Arwal district, was killed while two others were injured when their motorcycle collided with a speeding tractor near Gatraria bridge under Piro police station on Ara-Sasaram main road on August 16, 2018, afternoon.

The injured were identified as Monu Kumar and Dinesh Kumar, brothers-in-law (devar and nandoi respectively) of the deceased.  They were coming to Ara on a motorcycle.

In another incident, a compounder Umesh Kumar alias Umesh Yadav, 30, son of Mukhdev Yadav, was crushed to death by a speeding tractor near Bahiro gas godown under Nawada police station, Ara,  on Ara-Akhgao main road when he was going to the private clinic of Dr Kanhaiya Singh, where he worked, from his house.

The deceased was a resident of village Kosihan under Chandi police station. After the incident, the residents of the area blocked Ara-Akhgao main with the body and paralysed movement of vehicles for about an hour. The blockade was lifted after positive response from police officials.
