Sitamarhi: The court of Sitamarhi ACJM–1, Akshay Kumar Singh, on November 3, 2017, took cognizance against a religious book author Amish Tripathi under CrPC section 295A. His all the five treatise were allegedly controversial with regard to Hindu God and Goddesses. Mahanth Narendra Das Mahatyagi has filed a complaint case against Tripathi alleging he had tarnished the image of Hindu Gods and Goddesses.
