Saharsa : Ashutosh Kumar, lawyer of Chairman, Reliance General Insurance Company, Anil Ambani, reached Madhepura Civil Court to place company’s stand in claim case.
District and Sessions Judge, Madhepura, Manmohan Sharan Lal, had recently issued an arrest order against Anil Ambani for non-payment of a claim of over Rs 18 lakh to one Kaushalya Devi whose son, a Khalasi, had died in a truck accident in Assam in 2011.
Ashutosh Kumar said that he would pray the court to stay the arrest order against Anil Ambani as the Reliance General Insurance Company was ready to pay the claim amount.
