Sitamarhi: Prof Prabhakar Sinha, president of PUCL, while addressing addressing the two-day convention of PUCL at Dumra in Sitamarhi district on Saturday stressed on protecting human rights and liberties. He said the social structure needs a change and without basic changes the society can’t make desired progress. Sinha threw light on several flaws in the social system and suggested ways to amend them in the larger interest of people including the downtrodden. Vice president, PUCL, Sanjay Parikh, Prof. Vinay Kanth, Ramashrya Prasad Singh, Surendra Kumar, Prof. Daisy Narain and Principal Anand Kishore were prominent among those attending the convention.
