Saharsa : Police seized 294 bottles of IMFL during raid conducted at the house of Rajesh Sah located on Ramesh Jha Road under Sadar police station (PS), Saharsa, on July 30, 2017. But , liquor dealer Rajesh Sah managed to escape.
SHO, Sadar PS, Saharsa, Bhai Bharat, said that police had received information that a liquor consignment had been unloaded on Ramesh Jha road and the same had been kept at Rajesh Sah’s room, which had taken on rent from a Madhepura resident to carry on his liquor trade. Police broke open the door of the room and seized five cartons of IMFL bottles from there, he said. Rajesh Sah is son of Vishnudev Sah, a native of village Sarrahi under Sonbersa Raj police station in Saharsa district. SHO Bhai Bharat said that police sealed the room and conducting raids to arrest Rajesh Sah.
