Police recover body of man missing since July 13

Ara : Bhojpur police recovered  body of one Dabloo Singh of village Behara from Mahatwania Halt on July 27, 2017, and brought it over to Ara Sadar Hospital for post-mortem.  Plice also arrested two persons:  Arbind Kumar Singh, son of Jagroshan Singh of Baswaria Tola, and Jagapati Devi, wife of Yogendra Yadav of Halli Tola, in this connection and forwarded them to jail. Illicit relation with a woman is allegedly the reason behind the incident.

SHO, Udwantnagar police station, said that Dabloo Singh, 35, son of Ramnath Singh, was kidnapped from Behara village under the police station on July 13, 2017, when he had gone to the market on his motorcycle. An FIR was lodged with Udwantnagar police station in this regard but  police failed to recover him. On July 27, the GRP recovered body of an unidentified man near Mahatwania Halt and handed it over to the Lawaris Sewa Kendra after post-mortem. The family members later identified him with his clothes.

The arrested persons said that after killing Dabloo his motorcycle was thrown into local  river  near Indrapura village. The SHO said that the police tried to recover the motorcycle from the river but could not do so as it was overflowing.
