Police attach property of HAM (S) leader Rizwan in murder case

Ara : Bhojpur police led by SDPO Sanjay Kumar attached the property of senior HAM(S) leader Danish Rizwan at Tari Mohalla under Town police station, Ara,  on  July 25, 2017, in connection with murder of Ara businessman Krishna Kumar Singh alias Kumar ji, son of a businessman late Ram Khelawan Singh, on July 2, 2017.

Some persons carrying arms had shot dead Krishna Kumar Singh alias Kumar ji on July 2, 2017, in Padav locality under Town police station when he was on way to his house. A named FIR was lodged with Town station against 10 persons including Danish Rizwan, HAM (S) leader, Munnu Singh, son of Malti Devi, Deputy Mayor, Ara Municipal Corporation, Chand Mian, a notorious criminal, and his brother Nayeem Mian. Police also arrested seven unnamed accused in the case including the sister of Chand Mian.

After the warrant of arrest was issued against  the named accused, Chand Mia and two brothers of Danish Rizwan : Md Saheed and Zamal Asaraf, surrendered and were forwarded to jail. The court had issued warrant of property attachment against five accused but had stayed it against Danish Rizwan and Munnu Singh for 10 days. As the ten day period lapsed on July 24, 2017, police executed the court order and attached the property of Danish Rizwan.
