Ara : Bhojpur police recovered two teenage girls from Banahi railway station but their kidnappers escaped from the spot seeingĀ  police. Police brought the two girls over to Sadar Hospital, Ara, for medical examination and would produce them before the court on October 29, 2018, to get their statement recorded under Section of 164 CrPC.

SHO, Shahpur police station, said that two teenage girls of Shahpur under the same police station had gone to their school on October 9, 2018, but did not return home. Their parents and family members searched for them everywhere and finally they lodged an FIR with Shahpur police station against Vikas Kumar, Sagar Kumar, and Deepak Kumar of the village charging them with kidnapping of the two girls. The girls said at Sadar Hospital that they are matriculation students and were not kidnapped but instead eloped with the accused.
