Nepal President Bhandari lauds work of Media For Border Harmony

Muzaffarpur: President of Nepal Vidya Devi Bhandari was presented with a  souvenir published to mark the Indo-Nepal Summit held at Kathmandu from September 17 to September 19, 2016. President Bhandari appreciated the work of Media For Border Harmony and said the friendship between India and Nepal was centuries old and will continue. The Nepal President said that small political developments in Nepal will not affect this friendship, which was traditional and nobody can break it.

Welcoming the membrs of Parliament from India Ajay Nishad, Janak Ram andMukeshajput, former Bihar minister Devesh Chandra Thakur, MLC, the Nepal President said such summits should be held regularly as it would strengthen friendship between India and Nepal. Journalists Amrendra Tiwary, Pradip Yadav ( Nepal) and Pankaj Das ( Nepal) were also present on the occasion.

The summit was organised by Media For Border Harmony and Madheshi Patrakar Sangh Former Nepal PM Madhav Nepal, former Nepal Deputy PM Upendra Yadav and deputy leader of Nepal parliament Shivaji Yadav also attended the summit.
