Criminals loot Rs. 1.2 lakh from woman at Motihati

Motihari : Two motorcycle borne criminals intercepted a woman
at Chandwari crossroad on Wednesday and looted Rs 1.20 lakh
cash from her at gun point and escaped.
Over 50 persons witnessed this loot but no one dared protest or chase the criminals.. A case has been lodged with the Town police station in this regard.
According to report, Sabita Singh was eturning her home in Chanmari locality after withdrawing cash from the State Bank of India branch ona three wheeler. As soon as she
reached at Chandwari crossroad, two motorcycle borne criminals
reached there and snatching her bag. The woman had a scuffle with
criminals but they succeededin snatchng the bag. It was the third
case of cash loot at this place.
