JD(U) holds party workers’ conference in 9 districts

Patna : The JD(U) on November 17, 2017, held party wokers’ conference in nine districts of Bihar. State JD(U) General Secretary Anil Kumar said that the party workers’ conference was held in Araria, Bhagalpur, Madhepura, Gopalganj, Samastipur, Sheikhpura, Arwal, Rohtas and Sitamarhi districts on November 17 to discuss the 12 point party agenda.

The JD(U) General Secretary said that CM Nitish Kumar wants party workers to also be proactive in the field of social reforms and create awareness about prohibition and prevention of child marriage and boycott marriage where dowry was taken. The party workers were also enlightened on `Saat Nischay’ ( Seven Resolves) of the state government. He said that a large number of party wokers attended these conference.

The JD(U) had held party workers’ conference in 10 districts : Buxar, Supaul, Banka, Khagaria, Siwan, Begusarai, Lakhisarai, Jehanabad, Aurangabad and Sheohar district on November 16, 2017. The party workers conference, which began on November 15, will conclude on N0vember 18. On November 15 too, wokers’ conference was held in 10 districts.
