Missing auto driver’s body found at Sitamarhi village

Sitamarhi:  Police found body of a man near a mobile tower at village Ranauli under Bathnaha police station in Sitamarhi district on November 7, 2017. The body bore several injury marks The deceased was identified as Md. Kamre Alam, 35, a resident of Khilafatbagh Muhallah of the town, and was an autorickshaw driver. He was missing since November 6 along with his auto.

Some unidentified passengers had booked his vehicle. Out of raze, the locals blocked Mehsaul Chowk for several hours that caused a lot of hardships to the daily commuters. Block Development Officer (BDO), Dumra, Sanjay Kumar Sinha, pacified them after which they lifted the blockade. None has been arrested in this connection so for, said police sources.
