607 DPS Bokaro, Pri. Section, students conferred on Achievers Award

Bokaro (Jharkhand) : Altogether 607 students of DPS (Bokaro), Primary Section, were conferred on Achievers Award at a glittering function held on the school campus on August 8, 2108, morning. The Achievers Award is awarded to those students who are not only brilliant in academics but outstanding in Sports, Cultural and social activities as well.

Prof (Dr) Raman Kumar Jha, Vice Chancellor, Amity University Jharkhand, Ranchi, the Chief Guest on this occasion, gave certificates and badges to all 607 students. Addressing the young students, Prof Raman said that DPS Bokaro’s name is always taken with pride in the country and so it is the duty of each student to bring further laurels to their alma mater.

Giving them tips to become successful in life, Prof Jha suggested the youngsters to always remain good listeners, cultivate the habit of reading good books and take inspiration from scholars, statesman and global leaders who did their best for society and common masses. He congratulated the students for receiving the prestigious achiever awards and wished them the best for their future.

Dr Hemlata S Mohan, Director and Principal, DPS Bokaro, congratulated the achiever’s and said, “You are unstoppable if you keep your eyes on the goal. Put in your best for achieving it.”
