Youth drowns to death at Bhojpur village

Ara :  Satyanarayan Ram, 21, son of Surendra Ram of village Padariya under Charpokhari police station in Bhojpur district, drowned to death on April 3, 2019, in river Banas while fishing. Later, police fished out the body from the river and brought it over to Ara Sadar Hospital for post-mortem.

SHO, Charpokhari police station, said that Satyanarayan Ram along with about three dozen persons including his father and  uncle had gone to Dhobighat on the bank of local Banas river for fishing. He dived to catch fish but did not come out and met  his watery grave.
