Bagaha : Two unidentified criminals snatched Rs 49,000 from a farmer Jagarnath Singh of village Ramunibilas in Nayagaon-Rampur panchayat under Laukaria police station in West Champaran district on May 31, 2017, near Bagaha policeline.

Singh, after drawing Rs.49,000 from Bagaha branch of State Bank of India, was returning home. The two miscreants suddenly appeared on the road near Bagaha policeline and snatched the cash from him and fled away. Pathakauli police station SHO Subash Mukhiya said that a case had been lodged in this connection and investigation was on into the incident.
