School girl gangraped by three in Rohtas, one arrested

Sasaram : Three miscreants kidnapped a class IX girl student on July 21, 2017, and took her to the interior of Kaimur forest where they outraged her modesty and when she fell unconscious, they fled away from the scene leaving her alone in the forest. After regaining her senses, she came to Rohtas police station and lodged a named  FIR with against three miscreants: Sabir Ahamad, Saif Ansari and Kunnu Ahamad. Police arrested Sabir Ahamad while two others are absconding.

DSP, Dehri-on-Sone, Javed Anwar said that a teenage girl of Akbarpur village under Rohtas police station was going to her friend at Govindpur village from her house for taking notes on July 21. On way, the three accused kidnapped her near Rohtas police station and took her to Kaimur forest where they outraged her modesty till she fell unconscious.

The DSP said that police conducted raids at Nimiyatikar and arrested one  of the miscreants Sabir Ahamad while two are still at large. He said that the girl was produced before the court of the Additional District and Session Judge I, Om Prakash, and got her statement recorded under section 164 CrPC. On the direction of the court, she was taken to Sadar Hospital for her medical examination.
