Motihari: The RPF seized 2 kg Charas from train bogie at Raxaul railway station in East Champaran district on Wednesday. The bag containing Charas was lying abandoned in the bogie. Tost of the seized Charas is estimated to be Rs 20 lakh in international market, sources said. The RPF, however, could not locate the Charas smugglers.
