Retd teacher dies in accident, son injured in Bhojpur

Ara : Krishna Mohan Singh 65, a retired school teacher of village Khangawa under Chandi police station was killed while his son Abhishek alias Chhote Singh was injured when a speeding truck dashed their motorcycle from behind on Sakaddi -Nasariganj main road near village Rupchakia village under Chandi police station on May 6, 2017, late evening, when they were going to market.

The locals caught the truck with its driver and handed them over to police.Police brought the body to Ara Sadar Hospital for post-mortem and admitted the injured there. SHO, Chandi Police Station, said that after the accident, the villagers got agitated and blocked the road with the body of the deceased. They also pelted policemen with and chased them up to about 500 meters. Later. senior officials of the district rushed to the spot late in the  night and brought the situation under control.
