Sasaram : Rohtas police seized at least 14,160 bottles of Indian Made Foreign Liquor (IMFL) near Jakhani village under Nokha police station on March 12, 2018, night, and seized a truck though the liquor smugglers and driver of the truck managed to escape.
SHO, Nokha police station, Shashi Bhushan Prasad said that a police vehicle was parked near Mehata Hotel at Jokhani village under Nokha police station on Ara-Sasaram main road on March 13. Seeing the police vehicle, the truck driver and iquor smugglers escaped. Police immediately seized the truck and brought it to the Nokha police station. Police recovered 14,160 bottles of IMFL packed in 409 cartons during search of the seized truck.
