Police recover decomposed body of youth from pvt lodge

Patna : Police recovered decomposed body of a youth Angad Kumar from a private lodge Lakhmuni Kunj, Gulbighat, under Sultanganj police station, Patna. Angad’s body was found hanging from the ceiling fan of his room. The room was found locked from outside. He had not come out of his room for the past four day.

Angad’s kin, who went to meet him on October 13, found his room locked with foul smell emanating from it. They broke open the room with the help of some lodge inmates but were shocked to find Angad’s body hanging from the ceiling fan. They immediately informed the local police who reached spot and sent the body for post-mortem to Patna Medical College Hospital.

Angad’s family members alleged that he had been murdered few days back and killers hanged the body from the ceiling fan of his room to show it as a case of suicide. They also alleged that he often had  dispute with some lodge inmates over the issue of toilet cleaning. Angad, who belonged to Sitamarhi district, was preparing for different competitive exams. Police are investigating the incident from different angles.
