Ara : Police recovered two love birds from village Sabalpur-Gangauli under Barhara police station in Bhojpur district on September 2, 2018, evening, and brought them over to Bihia.
SHO, Bihia police station, said that a teenage girl of village Nausegand Mathia under Bihia police station was allegedly in love with a youth of village Sabalpur-Gangauli under Barhara police station for the last three years and both escaped from their houses on August 22, 2018, and reached Tutiyari village in Balia district in Uttar Pradesh and lived with one of the relatives of the youth there.
The father of the girl had lodged an FIR with Bihia police station in connection with the kidnapping of his daughter. The SHO said that the youth and girl had tied knot at Mangla Bhawani temple at village Ujiyarpur in Balia district on August 28, 2018, and later also had court marriage at Buxar court on August 30, 2018.
