Muzaffarpur : Police on November 1, 2017, night, arrested two persons:Manish Kumar and Mohd Arbaz, near Uma Market, Muzaffarpur, under Town Police Station, and seized 71 bottle of IMFL kept in two school bag and a loaded pistol from their possession. Towan Police Station lodged an FIR against them under Excise Act ans Arms Act. SSP, MUzaffarpur, Vivek Kumar, said that SHO, Town Police station, K P Singh, on a tip off, arrested Manish and Arbaz with 71 bottles of IMFL and a loaded pistol
