Police arrest two in Gopalganj

Gopalganj: A police team with the help of locals intercepted a four-wheeler on national highway and arrested two youth with some suspected goods in an area under Sasamusa police station in Gopalganj late on Tuesday night. Police waved at a four-wheeler but it sped away towards Sasamusa from Gopalganj town area. DSP Vibhash Kumar alerted Kuchaikot police about it and a local police team also chased the four-wheeler. On being holed up, two occupants of the vehicle escaped towards a field leaving the vehicle on the spot. Police team along with the villagers caught the two youths and seized the vehicle. Vibhash Kumar said that both the youths are being interrogated.
