Ara : Bhojpur police arrested a member of Kodha gang Ritik Yadav, son of Pramod Yadav of village Kodha  in Katihar district near the gate of an SBI branch at Nawada Chowk under Nawada police station, Ara, on September 15, 2017, and also seized itching powder and an instrument used for opening lock besides Rs 2,100 cash from his possession.

SHO, Nawada police station, Neyaz Ahmad, said that some members of the Kodha gang: Ramu Yadav, Manish Kumar, Suraj Kumar and Ritik Yadav lived in a rented house belonging to Banshi Yadav at Bihta in Patna district. The members of the gang did recce around different banks and whenever some customer drew money from the bank was putting the same in his bag or dicky of his motorcycles, a member of the gang would throw some itching powder on him while another members snatched the money and escaped from the scene.
