Muzaffarpur : With the CBI failing chargesheet against them within 90 days of their arrest, all the 6 accused in Navruna murder case of Muzaffarpur were granted bail by the CBI Court on July 30, 2018. They were arrested on April 29, 2018, from Patna.
A Class VII student of St Xavier’s School, Muzaffarpur, was abducted on September 18, 2018, and subsequenyly killed allegedly by some people who wanted to grab her parents’ plot. Navruna was abducted from her room at her house located on Jawahar Lal Road, Muzaffarpur.
The accused granted bail include former Vice-Chairman, District Board, Muzaffarpur, Shah Alam Shaboo, Vikku Shukla, Brajesh Singh, and Rakesh Kumar. They were called at CBI office at Patna for interrogation and were arrested after that and were jailed.
