Murder case accused surrenders before Buxar court

Buxar : Ritesh Yadav, an accused in amurder case, surrendered before the court of the Sub-Judge, Buxar, on September 15, 2017, under mounting pressure of police. Later, the court sent him to Buxar jail under tight security.

Buxar DSP Shaishav Yadava said that Gopal Dubey, son of Santosh Dubey, an advocate in the Buxar Civil Court and a resident of Babanagar under Buxar Muffassil police station in Buxar district, was shot dead in  broad daylight at the golambar on September 9, 2017, and Ritesh Yadav was made the lone named accused in the FIR lodged with police in this connection.
