Buxar : Two youth outraged modesty of a teenage girl at a village under Simari police station (PS) in Buxar District in South Bihar on February 11, 2022, night, when she had gone to the field to attend call of nature. A named FIR was lodged with Buxar Women’s PS against the two accused on the statement of the girl.
Police would produce the girl before a Buxar Civil Court on February 14, 2022, to get her statement recorded under section 164 of CrPC. After institution of FIR, police arrested both the named accused.
SHO, Buxar Women’s PS, Nitu Priya, said that a teenage girl had gone to the field at a village under Simari PS in Buxar District to attend call of nature on February 11, 2022, night, when two teenage boys caught her and took her to a secluded place where they outraged her modesty and escaped threatening the girl with dire consequences if she dared go to police.
The girl somehow reached home and narrated her ordeal to her family members, who reached Buxar Women’s PS and a named FIR was lodged by police against two teenage boys of the village on the statement of the girl. Police arrested both the named teenage boys and brought all the three persons including the girl to Buxar Sadar Hospital for medical examination on February 13, 2022. Police will produce the girl before the court on Monday to get her statement recorded under section 164 of CrPC. Police also sent the arrested boys to the Ara Remand Home.
