Man succumbs to injuries suffered in accident on Mar. 6

Ara : Ranjeet Singh, 35, son of Shiv Kumar Singh of village Narayanpur under the same police station in Bhojpur district, who was critically injured in an accident on March 6, 2019, succumbed to his injuries during treatment at Patna Medical College and Hospital (PMCH) on March 8, 2019, morning. Bhojpur police brought the body over to Sadar Hospital, Ara, for post-mortem. His elder brother was killed last year.

Ranjeet Singh was coming to Ara on his motorcycle from his village Narayanpur on March 6. When he reached near Bhagwanpur-Belaru Bengala village under Udwantnagar police station on Ara-Arwal main road, a speeding vehicle dashed him injuring him seriously and escaped. The villagers admitted him to Sadar Hospital, Ara, but the doctors there referred him to  PMCH in view of his serious condition.
