Saharsa:  Madhepura MP Rajesh Ranjan alias Pappu Yadav on Wednesday announced that he would not seek re-election from the constituency if construction of overbridges in Kosi region and railway locomotive factory at Madhepura is not completed by 2019. Addressing a function organised here to mark the inauguration of Janhit Express between Saharsa and Danapur, Yadav said the Madhepura rail locomotive factory being constructed at a cost of Rs  40,000 crore would also supply rail engines to 12 countries. He alleged that the state  government was yet to send Detailed Project Report(DPR) to the railway ministry for the construction of an overbridge  at Saharsa’s Bengali Bazar which had delayed its construction. He claimed that the railway ministry would start its construction within 15 days of receiving the DPR.
