Ara: Bhojpur police conducted raid in Ara jail on Tuesday morning and searched all the wards and cells. The police seized six mobiles, seven SIM cards, two ear phones and a connector,said Bhojpur SP Kshatranil Singh. He also said that a police team led by the SHO Nawada Police Station, acting on a confidential report, also conducted raid in Nawada locality behind the police station on Tuesday and arrested 12 persons and seized 10 mobiles, lottery tickets and Rs 3,450 cash. He said gambling and guessing activities were going on and as the police got information, they arrested them.
