Buxar : Nimaki Ram, 24, son of Devbrat Kumar Vishwakarma, drowned to death in a canal at Buxar on September 17, 2018. Later, the villagers fished out the body and informed police, who brought the body over to the Sadar Hospital for post-mortem.
SHO, Buxar Town police station, said that Nimaki Ram of Shanti Nagar locality under Buxar Town police station along with his friend had gone to a canal in the town to wash his ‘thela’ (cart) for Vishwakarma Puja on September 17. After washing his ‘thela’, he was taking a dip in the canal but drowned in the canal. The SHO said that Nimaki Ram had got married about three months ago.
