Bokaro ( Jharkhand) : Two songs, ‘Hoga Kal Sunehra’ ( The Dawn Promises) and ‘Gaeja Ae Rahi’,- written by Hemlata S Mohan, Director cum Principal of DPS Bokaro, have been selected by Doordarshan for its programme to be telecast worldwide.
The song titled ‘Hoga Kal Sunehra’ showcases unity in diversity through the powerful diction and inspirational lyrics. The heart of the songs invoke patriotic fervour and presents the versatility of Hemlata S Mohan. The musical composition of the songs has been done by K K Mishra and the programme is showcased by Imbroglio Productions and broadcast by Doordarshan.
‘Hoga Kal Sunehra’ will be telecast on August 14, 2017, at 10 am on DD India and on August 15 between 12 noon and 1 pm after the PM’s speech from Red Fort and at 9 pm in DD Bharati as well. This cultural programme aims to revive and rekindle the spirit of ‘Golden India’ in the hearts of the people as it expresses the rich vibrant culture of India.
The DPS Bokaro family felicitated Hemlata S Mohan for her unique feat. Speaking on the occasion, an elated Hemlata S Mohan said the song written by her in the late nineties has a strong conviction that the future holds huge promises of a Golden Period. She said the maiden presentation of the programme was made in Bangalore before over 8,000 people on August 5, 2017, at The Good Shepherd Auditorium, where she was invited as a special guest and felicitated.
