Criminals loot Rs 30,500, gold ring from villager after stabbing him

Saharsa : Six criminals stabbed and seriously injured Mudassir Hussain, 30, and looted Rs 30,500 cash and a gold ringh from him on October 5, 2017, night, near Madrassa in Mir Tolaunder Sadar police station, Saharsa, when he was returning home from market. The criminals escaped from there unchallenged firing in the air. They also threatened Mudassar Hussain with dire consequence if he reported the matter to police.

An injured Mudassir was admitted to Sadar Hospital, Saharsa, where police recorded his statement. Mudassir told police that Rs 30,000 on loan from Guddu Hayat of Mir Tola Chowk but was surrounded by six armed criminals: Mohd Nayeem, Mohd Imtiyaz alias Chand, Mod Obaid, Mohd Istiyaq,  Mohd Sayyad Shamshad Husnain alias Guddu and Mohd Anzar Ala, near Madrassa, who looted cash and gold ring from him.
