CPI (ML) workers stage dharna at Ara

Ara : Hundreds of activists of the CPI (ML) staged day long dharana in front of the office of the Bhojpur District Magistrate at Ara on July 23, 2018, to press the their three point demands. They raised slogans against the Chief Minister and the district administration protesting the arrest of innocent people in the name of implementation of prohibition.

They were demanding immediate release of innocent people arrested under the Prohibition & Excise Act, compensation to them besides their rehabilitation. The CPI(ML) leaders said that they would launch a more aggressive agitation if their demands were not conceded.
