Chhapra : Two Apache borne unidentified criminals shot dead an advocate of Chhapra Civil Court in Ramendra Sharma, 50, at 10.45 am near a petrol pump on Chhapra – Garkha main road under Garkha police station in Saran district on July 13, 2017,.
SHO, Garkha police station (PS), Santosh Kumar, said that Sharma was going to Chhapra Civil Court on his bike when the two bike borne criminals fired on him. Sharma tried to escape but the criminals chased him and shot him dead in broad day light. The SHO said that Sharma was a native of Mohammadpur under Garkha police station. The two criminals are yet to be identified, the SHO said adding no CCTV camera is installed near the place of occurrence. No FIR had been lodged in connection with the incident till 1.45 pm.
