Bagaha : A five year old boy was killed and two girls were injured in separate accidents under Valmikinagar police station (PS) area in Bagaha police district on December 15, 2018.
Police sources said that Niyaz Ahmad, 5, son of late Gaffar Ahmad of Valmikinagar, was crushed to death by a speeding trolley carrying goods. The trolley driver managed to escape. The villagers placed the body on the road and blocked Bagaha-Tirbeni road for few hours. The blockade was lifted after SHO, Valmkinagar police station, Jaiprakash, pacified the protesters.
In another incident, two girls, daughters of Shambhu Baitha of Nauka tola under Valmikinagar PS, were injured after a motorbike rider dashed them near the village. Police admitted the two girls to a local hospital, where they were reported out of danger, according to police.
