Bagaha : The Court of First Class Judicial Magistrate, Bagaha, Firoz Aqram, on December 14, 2018, sentenced Kedar alias Pahari Patwari to two years’ rigorous imprisonment (RI) and also slapped a fine of Rs 5,000 on him an Arms Act case. Kedar alias Pahari Patwari belongs to an area under Gobardhana police station in Bagaha police district.

According to prosecution report, the 21st Battalion Seema Surksha Bal (SSB) Inspector Ashok Kumar Kintru had caught red handed Kedar alias Pahari Patwari with a countrymade gun, few live cartridges, and mobile phone and handed him over to Govardhan police station on December 1, 2015.
