Dhanbad ( Jharkhand) : The supporters of Baghmara BJP MLA Dhullu Mahto and a local JMM leader Karu Yadav clashed with each other for monopoly in loading and unloading of coal under Madhuban police station in Dhanbad district on August 4, 2017, evening.
Eyewitness to the incident said that more than six rounds fired in the air by the two sides during the clash to establish their supremacy in the area. Dhanbad SSP R M Chouthey rushed large contingent of police force led by Rural SP to control the situation. Police force is still deployed there but no report of any arrest has come yet.
Dhanbad SP said that report of clash between two groups reached him after which cops were sent there. The situation is under control and policemen are camping there, SSP Chouthey said..
