Ara : Bhojpur SP Awakash Kumar on August 26, 2018, suspended the Station House Officer (SHO) of Barhara police station (PS) Kamlesh Paswan for conducting raids without preparation and informing the senior officials resulting in their retreat. The SP appointed Uday Pratap Singh, SI, Nawada police station, Ara, as SHO, Barhara PS. The SP also transferred SHO, Jagdishpur police station, Arbind Kumar, to the prohibition cell, and appointed SI Dharmendra Bharati, prohibition cell, to Jagdishpur police station as SHO.
