Ara : Bhojpur DM Roushan Kushwaha on July 30, 2019, served show cause notices on 30 employees of different departments in the district administration besides withholding their one day salary for dereliction of duty. He directed the employees concerned to reply to the show cause notice with the opinion and recommendation of incharge of their respective departments. The DM directed all the employees and officials to remain present in their office failing which stern action may be taken against them.
Bhojpur DM said that he had received several complaints regarding absence of employees in different departments hampering day to day work. He visited different departments and found 13 employees of Agriculture department, seven of Revenue, two of Legal section, three of Establishment, three of Election and two of Disaster management absent without any prior information.
