Motihari: Police arrested four liquor smugglers with 12 cartons of Nepali liquor near village Gamharia under Darpa police station in East Champaran district during checking of a Scorpio carrying them on October 25 evening. Darpa police station SHO Rambabu Prasad said the Scorpio was checked during patrolling. Police seized the 12 cartons.
