8 yr old girl crushed to death by speeding truck in Sitamarhi

Sitamarhi : An eight year old girl Kusum was crushed to death by a speeding truck near village Thumma on NH 77 under Runnisaidpur police station in Sitamarhi district on December 5, 2017. She was a native of Thumma and was crossing the NH when the incident took place. She was the daughter of Ashok Das. The villagers chased and took possession of the Sitamarhi bound truck but its driver managed to escape. The Runnisaidpur police have seized the truck and further investigation is underway.
