Bagaha : A team of Bagaha Town Police Station in Bagaha police district on June 8, 2019, night, arrested two notorious criminals identified as Sunil Mahto and Ashok Ram of village Lakshmipur Sauraha under Semara police station from NH 727 near village Chakhani with two countrymade guns and a motorbike.
Bagaha SP Arvind Kumar Gupta on June 9 said here that the two criminals, wanted in several criminals cases, were moving on a bike when they were arrested by a Bagaha town police station team on NH 727 near village Chakhani during a vehicle checking drive on June 8 night. Police seized a countrymade gun with 7 live cartridges from their possession besides seizing the bike without the registration number, the SP said. Their links with other criminals gangs are being inquired into, the SP said.
