Patna : World No 202 in WTA rankings Karolina Muchova, Czech Republic, stunnedWorld No 12 and winner of two Grand Slam title Garbine Muguruza, Spain, in the second round of women’s U S Open 2018 championship. Muchova beat 12th seed Muguruza in three-sets 3-6, 6-4, 6-4 in the second round on August 30, 2018. World No 1 and top seed Simona Halep had lost in the first round to World No 44 Kaia Kanepi, Estonia.
